This is Jake, he is my (Gabriel) nephew and he has been diagnosed with cerebral palsy (spastic diplegia). 

There is a operation in the USA at St Louis childrens hospital called SDR (Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy ) that could help improve Jake's mobility and help him be in less pain but costs £50,000.
